Asparagine

A nonessential amino acid that the body can produce from within, if the necessary materials are available.

Asparagine is needed to maintain balance in the central nervous system; asparagine prevents you from being either overly nervous or overly calm. Asparagine promotes the process by which one amino acid is transformed into another in the liver. This amino acid is found mostly in meat sources.
Asparagine helps the liver's ability to transform an amino acid from one type to another one that the body requires.

Where is it found ?

Asparagine is found in meats.
